Terms & Conditions

1. All successful accommodation bookings result in a confirmation email issued by My-London-Apartments.com.
2. It is the responsibility of the client to inform My-London-Apartments.com if they do not receive a confirmation email. Please contact: info@suricata.cz
3. Your reservation is made directly with your chosen accommodation venue (the hotel). By submitting this reservation you are entering into a contract with this accommodation venue.
4. Unless otherwise stated in the rate description, your credit card details are used to guarantee your booking. No monies will be deducted from your account at the booking stage. You will pay the hotel in full when you check in to your hotel. You may choose to settle your account with another credit card, providing the credit card type is acceptable to the hotel.
5. After the booking has been made the hotel will normally carry out a pre-authorisation check using your card details to check that funds are available and the card is valid. If there is a problem with your card, the hotel will notify My-London-Apartments.com, and then we will contact you to ask for details of a different credit card. If this is not possible, My-London-Apartments.com will cancel your reservation and notify you of the cancellation by email.
6. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by clicking at the cancel link you will find in the confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from the credit card.

   Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks
   Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: GBP 15
   Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
   Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
   No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

   Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks
   Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
   Cancellation 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
   No show or cancellation 7 days before arrival: whole stay charge
   Reducing the number of nights
   Over 15 days prior to arrival: GBP 15/NIGHT (admin fee)
   1 to 15 days prior to arrival: 1/3 of 1 night's price/NIGHT
   Any other changes made to your booking shall be charged an admin fee of GBP 15
   

   Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

7. All hotel bookings made on My-London-Apartments.com are issued with a Booking Reference Number, you will receive this in your confirmation email. This is your reference number with My-London-Apartments.com, please use this reference in all communications with My-London-Apartments.com. If you lose this number, you can contact us at info@suricata.cz.
8. All the hotels have their own booking and reservation systems, so when arriving at the hotel, the name of the lead guest - which is your name, unless you named a different lead guest in the previous page - will be your reference at the hotel, i.e. the hotel room will be reserved under that name.
9. The room rate quoted at the time of securing your booking on My-London-Apartments.com is the price you will pay per night for your accommodation. Any discrepancies should be addressed to info@suricata.cz. You are responsible for paying in full for any ancillary services that the hotel provides, which are not explicitly covered by the quoted My-London-Apartments.com room rate (e.g. Room service, newspapers etc.)
10. Should the client decide to alter the arrangements within the contract made with the hotel, the hotel will do its best to accommodate such arrangements, but shall not be held liable should it fail to do so.
11. My-London-Apartments.com sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each hotel, and does not over-sell that inventory. My-London-Apartments.com does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-selling the hotel's own room inventory.
12. You must be at least 18 years of age to book hotels on My-London-Apartments.com
